At one time or another, we’ve all been guilty of putting off some task we know we need to take care of but can’t seem to summon up the motivation to take on. While we might all be familiar with procrastination (some more than others, with college students being some of the worst offenders), many of us don’t really understand why we do it or what may make the habit better or worse.
