Picture this: It’s early 2013. For about 14 months, my business partner and I have been working to launch West Coast Careers, a sales-recruiting firm specializing in our local market. There are five of us on staff: My partner, me, two recruiters and a young office manager. I’m working 90 hours a week on average and employing every brain cell I can muster.
